Qualifications

• Formal degree or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven Chief of Staff responsibilities or equivalent experience.
• Experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile settings.
• Strong analytical reasoning to decompose objectives into tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Work on Chief of Staff responsibilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use analysis to assess performance and guide optimizations.
• Champion agile methodologies and AI-enabled practices for program governance.
• Review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with proper data handling.
