Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager in the Charlotte area. You will lead planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-team initiatives, while communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels and managing risks and dependencies.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in technical project management, strong governance and quality-control experience, and the ability to influence across teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-team projects.
• Ability to report objectives, timelines, and status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigations.
• Understanding of governance, standards, and quality requirements.
• End-to-end visibility into project health via reporting and metrics.
• Delivers solutions meeting client and business expectations on scope, quality, schedule and cost.
• Excellent organization, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience facilitating governance reviews and cross-functional meetings.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and drive accountability.
• 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of design patterns and design thinking for technical solutions.
• Thrives under pressure with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
