Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight years of technical program or project management experience, including six years in a management or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience as a software developer, network engineer, systems engineer, or security analyst.
• Track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to negotiate and positively influence people at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to think critically and decompose complex problems into coherent technology strategy and solutions.
• Solid understanding of architectural and system concepts.
• Project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BI and Analytics programs from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Define scope, tasks, priorities, and milestones across the BI portfolio aligned with strategy and KPIs.
• Assess program risks and dependencies; surface blockers to senior leadership.
• Champion development processes, data governance standards, and engineering best practices.
• Lead program reviews to assess schedule, architecture quality, and process compliance.
• Maintain understanding of the full BI/Analytics stack to guide engineering teams and evaluate trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure scalability and data quality.
• Evaluate emerging BI/ analytics technologies (Databricks) for IT direction.
• Drive team delivery by establishing ownership, removing impediments, and enforcing accountability.
• Onboard data engineers, analytics engineers, and other team members for program workstreams.
