Responsibilities
Leadership and Program Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Business Intelligence projects and solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Manage program timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build data-driven strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.

Business Intelligence and Data Strategy
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable BI solutions, ensuring accessibility, reliability, and performance of data systems.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key business insights.
- Optimize and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Define best practices for BI tools and data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Technical Expertise
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT professionals to improve system integration and implement technical advancements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and software tools to enhance BI capabilities and overall infrastructure.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members to elevate collective expertise.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Drive alignment by communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or program management role.
- Proficient understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database systems (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Redshift).
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView).
- Experience with ETL pipelines, data integration, and visualization platforms.
- Working knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Java is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse, multi-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Day-to-Day
