Qualifications

• Ability to perform detailed technical data analysis and understand business processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Paid Intern eligibility when enrolled in an educational program and for one year after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Review department processes and proposals for process and system changes.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure understanding of design requirements.
• Provide support for third-party products.
• Support field representatives, help desk, and system users.
• Document business processes and product design requirements.
• Organize and manage information from various databases.
