Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Program Management position.
• Experience delivering complex automation programs including new-product development and customer-site implementation.
• Experience managing construction, facility, or site-readiness in industrial automation deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with evolving requirements.
• Experience planning system integration, verification, commissioning, and operational-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to bring new products from concept to production deployment and support.
• Work with engineering, product management, sales, and finance to ensure sound, optimized project plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic engineering projects within the PMO.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate initiative status to teams and executives.
• Represent Symbotic to customers as the project lead, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
