Job summary

Snowflake is hiring a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager for the AppEx organization to drive high-visibility programs spanning multiple teams. You will own cross-functional initiatives, surface dependencies, and build execution plans that scale with engineering velocity.

You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to align roadmaps and deliver data-backed status to senior leadership. A strong track record in cloud-native product delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management experience at a cloud software company.
• Experience with developer-facing products or platform engineering.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and architects while keeping program execution on track.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market without formal authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams.
• Define program roadmaps, surface dependencies, and build execution plans that hold up under real-world complexity.
• Serve as the connective tissue across AppEx sub-orgs to keep programs aligned and unblocked.
• Establish and maintain clear reporting cadences – tracking milestones, risks, decisions, and engineering health.
