Responsibilities

• Define architecture, requirements validation, and governance within the lifecycle framework.
• Translate customer problems into clear solution requirements.
• Plan cross-functional workstreams and manage demonstrations, pilots, and releases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, and more to align goals.
• Develop value proofs and ROI analyses for customers and stakeholders.
• Present program status to senior leadership with dashboards and JIRA.
