Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / AI Enterprise Systems Analyst to advance AI-enabled frontend and backend systems. You will lead architecture, drive AI-driven development, and mentor diverse engineering teams across the globe.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and order management to translate AI capabilities into customer value, while guiding secure coding practices and scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Software Eng or related field, or 3+ years in industry roles with AI experience.
• 5+ years as a software engineer in an Agile environment with leadership responsibility.
• 1–2 years AI development with LLMs and AI code-centric models like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot.
• Experience integrating LLMs via REST APIs and familiarity with LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Frontend focus on ReactJS/TypeScript/CSS/HTML plus backend Java/SpringBoot/REST services.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first frontend development and architecture for interactive web systems.
• Architect and develop intelligent bots and AI modules ensuring data alignment across enterprise apps.
• Act as technical anchor for an Agile Scrum team, establish coding standards and AI-assisted workflows.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promote secure coding practices and continuous learning.
• Translate AI capabilities into business value for product managers and customers.
