• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinates activities to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Provides concise status updates to senior management and ensures alignment on milestones.
• Business Acumen & Accountability: Balances scope, schedule and budget with accountability for success.
• Obstacle Resolution: Addresses obstacles and escalates only for highly complex roadblocks.
• Advanced Project Management: Applies PMBOK concepts and uses tools for staffing and risk management.
• Go-to-Market Support: Supports end-to-end development and product launch scope.
• Mentorship: May coach or mentor other Program Managers.
• Autonomy: Operates with limited supervision on complex problems.
