Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex IAM projects.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support planning and risk synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Delivery to translate requirements into roadmaps and priorities.
• Establish program governance and execution rigor including RAID, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Ensure regulatory and policy adherence through privacy-by-design and least-privilege principles.
• Drive continuous improvement through process, tooling, and automation.
