Job summary

Marvin Test Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead airborne electronics programs for military customers. You will manage design, test, integration, and production of LRUs for fighters, helicopters, and UASs, guiding a team of electrical, firmware, software, and mechanical engineers.

You will develop SOWs, specifications, schedules, and test plans, while maintaining on-time, on-budget delivery and providing technical leadership across multiple concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent with strong electrical engineering proficiency
• Minimum 5 years design/development experience on airborne equipment
• Knowledge of military electronics requirements and standards
• Ability to create/manage product specifications and test plans
• Proficient with MS Office and engineering design tools
• Strong written/verbal communication for technical reports

Responsibilities

• Lead design, test, integration, and production of airborne electronics LRUs
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, schedules, and budgets
• Develop SOWs, specifications, program schedules, and test plans
• Conduct design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) with customers
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers and teammates
