Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the Product Lifecycle Committee's POR planning for the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family. You will guide multi-year planning and ensure on-time delivery with internal and external development teams.

The role requires 10+ years in hardware or semiconductor systems development, strong leadership, and proven ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of hardware or semiconductor systems development experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven experience leading supplier‑heavy and customer‑visible programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑organizational influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the POR planning process for multi-year Product Plan of Record.
• Manage a team of Technical Project Managers across subsystems.
• Drive POR execution with internal and external development teams, ensuring milestones.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and services leadership to resolve issues.
• Assemble required PLC materials for Phase exit evaluations.
