Job summary

KLA's Rapid Division is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive mechanical design and integration of advanced EUV actinic defect inspection platforms. You will own system-level packaging, facility integration, and infrastructure design in ultra-high vacuum environments.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to create robust, manufacturable solutions for complex tool architectures and help deliver next-generation EUV inspection platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or similar complex systems.
• Experience designing and integrating systems in UHV or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and assemblies, preferably PTC Creo.
• Experience with PDM/PLM systems (e.g., Windchill).

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and integration of EUV inspection platforms.
• Develop system-level packaging, facility integration, and infrastructure in UHV environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, manufacturable tool architectures.
• Support delivery of next-generation EUV inspection platforms.
