Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical programs that span engineering, infrastructure, and product organizations globally
• Define program governance frameworks, milestone criteria, and quality gates for complex multi‑quarter initiatives
• Drive architectural decisions and technical trade‑off discussions across distributed engineering teams
• Build and maintain executive‑-facing program dashboards with clear risk and opportunity narratives
• Mentor junior TPMs and establish best practices for technical program management across the organization
• Partner with VP‑level stakeholders to align program priorities with company OKRs and strategic goals

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or cloud platforms
• Deep technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure at scale
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale programs (12+ months, 5+ teams) on time and within scope
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing programs with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS platform migrations or large‑scale re‑platforming initiatives
• PgMP or SAFe Program Consultant certification
• Background in cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
