Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in multiple technology domains
• Track record of leading large-scale technical projects
• Experience influencing engineering culture and standards
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

• Experience at FAANG or similar scale
• Published technical blog posts or conference talks
• Open source maintainer experience
