Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Data Cloud technologies and User Experience (UX) to support one of our top clients, a leading global asset management firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in program and project management, technical knowledge of modern data platforms, and a user‑centric approach to leading initiatives and delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional programs focused on Data Cloud technologies and user experience (UX) enhancements
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and interdependencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Data Cloud solutions and enhancing user experience.
  • Apply deep expertise in Data Cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to architect and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data architecture and integrations align with business requirements.
  • Identify program risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Track program performance against defined metrics and drive corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying industry best practices in program management and technology delivery.
  • Establish and standardize frameworks, tools, and methodologies to optimize program execution and scalability.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with Data Cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing data‑driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
