Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Enterprise Technology - Electronic Trading Services team to drive delivery of complex technology programs aligning with business goals. You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and shape risk management for high-stakes trading infrastructure.

Role requires deep PM expertise, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery across equity/fixed income trading environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex tech projects.
Strong knowledge of electronic trading and related infrastructure.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Forecast demand and manage delivery interfaces with CIB and ETS teams.
Provide status updates, escalate blockers, and inform roadmaps.
Lead scheduling, governance, and deliverables across platforms (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Clarity).
Oversee design, implementation, or support of technology infrastructure.
Maintain fiscal accountability including budgets and approvals.
Interface with vendors and service providers for infrastructure delivery.
Apply knowledge of equity and fixed income trading environments.
