Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior program leader to initiate and drive strategic technical projects and enterprise-wide programs. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages multiple projects within an enterprise portfolio, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.

The position requires strong leadership across teams, experience in program management, and the ability to create executive-level status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.

• Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of enterprise-level scale such as enterprise-wide mandate compliance and large-scale platform changes.


• Leads teams in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project/program scope.


• Manage multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program.


• Ensures alignment with strategic direction and goals.


• Creates portfolio/project status reports for executive level representation.

Hiring Requirements

Salary Range
