Job summary

1976 Walt Disney Attractions Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando to identify, plan, and coordinate a program of related projects, managing interdependencies and ensuring value for business strategies. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and provide guidance to project sponsors and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in technical program/project management, with hands-on Agile/Lean/Waterfall experience, JIRA/Confluence

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program and project management experience.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall.
Experience with budget tracking and cost-benefit analysis.
Experience managing projects within a matrix organization.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identifies, plans, and coordinates a project plan to support business strategies.
Manages project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks.
Leads project meetings at leadership levels and with sponsors.
Develops budgets and ensures projects stay on budget and on time.
Communicates program status to leadership and stakeholders.
Mentors junior/mid-level project managers on lifecycle best practices.
Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams and business partners.
