Job summary

Disney Experiences (DX) Tech & Digital is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando, on-site. You will identify, plan, and coordinate related projects within a program, manage interdependencies, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to meet milestones and budgets.

You will drive Agile processes, forecast resources, and produce dashboards for stakeholders while coaching teams in Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project/program management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, databases and SDLC.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts.
Experience coaching teams on project management practices including Agile/Lean/Kanban/Waterfall.
Knowledge of AI emerging technologies and strategies.

Responsibilities

Drive execution and delivery of technical projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with engineering and leadership to establish processes for prioritized projects.
Define and manage Agile ceremonies and processes for large teams.
Maintain monthly forecasts and resource allocations, vendor schedules, and partner forecasts.
Conduct program status meetings with partners to align needs and requirements.
Build program reports and dashboards for stakeholders and sponsors.
Escalate issues and risks for timely resolution and mitigation.
Own Jira and Confluence administration and governance for traceability.
Support Jira Cloud migration readiness and adoption.
