Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program and project management experience with enterprise-class solutions
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall and blended approaches
• Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• Experience with Agile ALM and development tools like JIRA, Confluence Wiki
• Understanding of DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
• Experience with budget tracking and complex cost-benefit analysis
• Experience managing multiple projects within a matrix organization
• Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Identifies, plans, and coordinates project plans aligned to business strategies
• Plans project delivery consistent with organizational goals
• Develops long-term goals and objectives for project success
• Maintains knowledge of resources and budget planning
• Coordinates and facilitates delivery of project objectives
• Ensures timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedule
• Assesses risks and mitigates; updates budgets as needed
• Leads high-priority matrix objectives and coordinates with sponsors
• Conducts leadership/executive level meetings
