Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Own customers, competitors and industry trends in fire detection and suppression controls.
• Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead new product development, sustaining engineering, and value-engineering initiatives.
• Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market: Define value propositions and product positioning; develop collateral and training.
• Business Performance & Forecasting: Track product line performance and pricing strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Functional & External Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows and build relationships with internal and external partners.
