Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor products, tools, and platforms.
• Ability to provide expert-level hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert level hardware support via remote support or at customer sites.
• Drive improvement in existing product support structures.
• Provide on-the-job training to Field Service Engineers.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Strong troubleshooting background

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline

Advanced degree preferred
