Responsibilities

• Own all technical support aspects for a customer, including escalations, fleet performance, and upgrades.
• Act as liaison between customer and division; provide documentation to field engineers and support staff.
• Support Engineering with installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware or software on tool sites.
• Lead review of ECOs to ensure data supports fixes and communicate findings to the field.
• Generate system performance data and metrics like MTBF and availability for customer reviews.
• Create and review documentation on technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans.
