This role requires credible technical leadership focused on value, quality, and adoption. Responsibilities include owning requirements, managing change requests, guiding user acceptance testing, building business cases, and supporting major installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in software engineering or product ownership.
• Hands-on software development experience before transitioning to product ownership.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and API/web services.
• Experience with software engineering concepts and integration across platforms.
• Business analysis expertise to deliver stakeholder value.
• Strong, credible communication with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the software business side, including install base and future plans.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing frameworks and their benefits.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product development engineers to track design, development, and support issues and solutions.
• Document and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems; track resolution progress.
• Coordinate with field support and customers to resolve problems and expand usage.
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance on product integration and infrastructure issues.
• Gather feedback and maintain functional requirements to shape product vision.
• Manage the full software change request process including cost estimates and risk.
