Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technical Product Owner to lead technical product direction for a portfolio within CTS’s digital ecosystem, including toyota.com and lexus.com. You will translate marketing priorities into secure, scalable solutions with AEM at the core.

You will partner with Marketing Product Owners, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate enterprise reviews to ensure architecture, security, and reliability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent plus 4 years of related work experience
• 3+ years of analytical, interpretive, and consultative experience on mid-to large-scale digital product initiatives
• 3+ years delivering and sustaining customer-facing digital products in Agile/DevOps with release readiness & production support
• 3+ years of experience managing technology vendor relationships including scope, estimates, delivery, and requisitions
• 3+ years collaborating across enterprise tech functions and communicating options, risks, and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing priorities into technical direction and influence product roadmaps
• Define scope, estimates, and cost drivers; recommend options including cross-brand reuse
• Hold delivery partners accountable for credible plans, milestones, and quality
• Coordinate across One Tech teams (AEM Platform, EA, Cybersecurity, Analytics) for reviews
• Coordinate go-live readiness and operational transition with owners and partners
