Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Product Analyst in Deliver & Logistics to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ or Limerick, Ireland. This role provides the analytical foundation for product decisions, deployment readiness, and continuous improvement, converting operational data into actionable insights.

You will support requirements, testing, solution governance, and process documentation, becoming the operational backbone of the product organization and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of logistics, supply chain, SAP, business analysis, or product support experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira, Signavio, Power BI, Excel, and SAP data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Product Analytics: develop KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Requirements Support: gather and document requirements with traceability.
• Process Governance: maintain Signavio documentation and global alignment.
• Testing & Deployment Support: coordinate BST/UAT and go-live reporting.
• Compliance & Controls: support SOX, audit readiness, and regulatory docs.
• Knowledge Management: maintain Jira repos and design decisions.
