Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology Product Management to establish and lead a Business Analysis capability within Therapuetics Discovery IT in Spring House, PA. You will build and guide a team of Business Analysts supporting scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives across Therapeutics Discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in life sciences, IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience building or maturing business analysis organizations or communities of practice.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature the BA capability within Therapeutics Discovery IT.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead Business Analysts across experience levels.
• Develop standards, templates, methods, and best practices for BA activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional excellence.
• Align internal methods with relevant industry standards, frameworks, and communities.
• Lead high-value BA engagements across the Therapeutics Discovery portfolio.
