Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced IT program leader to drive strategic technology initiatives and mentor a team of technical product owners. You will connect business objectives with IT delivery, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical and functional experience in integrating SAP ERP, SFDC and CPQ.
• Experience leading technical solutions in content management and digital asset management with global rollouts across regions/languages.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM development.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a collaborative team.
• Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
• Experience driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
• Strong project portfolio management skills.
• Staying current with emerging industry trends.
