Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a technically oriented Product Owner/Manager to lead product direction across applications, data pipelines, and integrations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the roadmap, translate business objectives into backlog items, and drive architectural alignment across workstreams.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage trade-offs with architecture teams, and work closely with delivery roles to ensure predictable execution in a manufacturing/enterprise data

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear product direction, architectural and data consistency, and alignment between business objectives and technical execution across applications, data pipelines, integrations, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
• Align, maintain, and actively manage the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring consistency across applications, data, and integrations.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized functional and technical backlog items.
• Act as the single point of accountability for “what is being built and why”.
• Ensure technical consistency and architectural alignment across all workstreams.
• Drive alignment of data models, business semantics, and quality definitions within the domain.
• Own and manage technical trade-offs in collaboration with architecture and platform teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Standups).
• Support delivery flow, sequencing, and dependency resolution.
• Collaborate closely with delivery roles to ensure predictable execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of work related experience.
• Product ownership or product management in a technical environment.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Exposure to enterprise‑scale integration and data platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of software, data, and integration architectures.
• Experience in manufacturing and domain knowledge in Warranty, Quality is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction.
