Job summary

On-Demand Group is partnering with an enterprise organization building its Product Management organization. We seek a Senior Tech Product Owner to lead either the Sales or Supply Chain domain, partnering with executive leadership to shape strategy and investments.

This business-facing role bridges business and IT, translating requirements into technology solutions and guiding discovery, planning, and delivery with ERP experience, especially SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Experience partnering with executive business stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize roadmaps and competing initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

We're partnering with an enterprise organization that is building out its Product Management organization and is seeking a Senior Tech Product Owner to lead one of two key business domains: Sales or Supply Chain.

This is a highly strategic, business-facing role where you'll partner directly with executive leadership to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver technology solutions that drive business value. Rather than focusing on backlog management or writing user stories, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping bridge the gap between business and IT.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for either the Sales or Supply Chain domain

What We're Looking For

What This Role Is Not

This is not a traditional Technical Product Owner position focused on backlog management, user story writing, or SAP configuration. We're looking for someone who can partner with the business, think strategically, and help drive enterprise initiatives from concept through delivery.

Compensation:

The projected pay range for this position is $63 to $73 per hour.
