Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives across multiple digital products. The role emphasizes SQL excellence, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and regulatory teams.

You will develop analytical solutions, automate workflows, and communicate findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders while driving measurable improvements within a hybrid, multi-location

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex workstreams independently.
• Advanced SQL proficiency (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations).
• Experience using data to inform product or business decisions.
• Experience with AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to create, test, and refine AI-enabled processes to accelerate work.
• Expert level Google Sheets proficiency and strong reporting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support program execution strategies across multiple products and platforms.
• Launch programs, accelerate delivery, and improve product quality via technical and programmatic solutions.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Use AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
• Identify risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
