Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan to lead planning capabilities for the Jacksonville/Raritan teams. You will partner with planning leaders, engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable planning solutions that align with JJT strategy and drive measurable business value.

The role requires strong technical depth in OMP Plus, SAP planning integrations, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 8 years in technical product management or related fields.
Hands-on experience with OMP Plus or similar planning tools.
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Proficiency with agile/scrum methodologies and tools.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define product requirements and create the roadmap for Vision Plan capabilities.
Collaborate with business planning, architects, engineers, and vendors to shape the roadmap.
Lead product lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and adoption.
Monitor performance, stability, and business value; drive improvements.
Communicate roadmap updates, release notes, and executive summaries.
