Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• Deep understanding of software engineering, platform architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience operating across multiple engineering teams and domains.
• Proven ability to drive prioritisation and investment decisions in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate, shape, and prioritise product and technology investments across the platform.
• Lead portfolio intake activities including demand assessment, capability mapping, dependency analysis, and prioritisation recommendations.
• Maintain and evolve the platform capability model, ensuring new initiatives align with strategic capabilities and tech objectives.
• Identify opportunities for platform reuse, consolidation, standardisation, and technical simplification.
• Work with Architects and Engineering leaders to ensure portfolio decisions support scalability, operability, and sustainability.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
