Responsibilities

• Generate requirements with architects, engineers and users to meet high-level needs.
• Resolve architectural and operational problems impacting availability globally.
• Create technical architecture documents, flows and models for stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural products in a current state and avoid obsolescence.
• Research new technology for potential deployment in Mastercard's infrastructure.
• Possibly lead regional projects including planning, time and cost control.
• Implement, manage and support internet infrastructure components.
• Perform diagnosis, performance tuning, capacity planning and config management.
• Ensure system stability and future compatibility by monitoring production.
