Job summary
Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape pet insurance technology from concept to launch. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric solutions that scale for veterinary teams, pet parents and partners.
The role requires 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or InsurTech, strong backlog ownership, and hands‑on experience with Agile tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or InsurTech.
- Experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile product development using ADO/Jira/Aha! or similar tools.
- Analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps with cross‑functional teams.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Translate requirements into detailed PRDs and user stories.
- Own and prioritize the backlog with tradeoff decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and CS.
- Monitor quality, performance, and post‑launch analytics.
- Support GTM efforts with documentation and enablement.
