Independence Pet Holdings, operating Clarus, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive pet insurance technology from concept to launch. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners.

The ideal candidate leads with execution, translates complex challenges into actionable strategies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, refining priorities based on feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launch.
