Independence Pet Group in Indiana is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape pet insurance technology, guiding product initiatives from concept to launch with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
You will translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps, own the backlog, and ensure timely delivery while delivering customer-centric solutions for veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
- Proven record launching and improving commercial products.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Analytical and data-driven with ability to partner with software teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
- Lead discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate requirements into user stories for design and engineering.
- Own backlog prioritization balancing business goals and user value.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and CS.
