Job summary

CriticalRiver Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to bridge business and engineering in the Order-to-Cash domain. Translate requirements into scalable product capabilities for Salesforce and NetSuite, own workstreams, and drive solution discussions for complex O2C workflows.

You will lead discovery workshops, gather and document requirements, define product capabilities and integration needs, and partner with stakeholders to deliver results across ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Product Manager, Product Architect, or Technical Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including Customer Onboarding, Product Configuration, Order Management, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, and Collections.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Understanding of how Salesforce and NetSuite are used within enterprise business processes and O2C workflows.
• Ability to discuss Salesforce and NetSuite capabilities, integrations, and system dependencies with business and technical teams.
• Experience defining business and system requirements.
• Strong solution architecture and process design skills.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to independently own and drive large-scale initiatives.
