Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a dynamic Lead Product Manager to own NetSuite Order-to-Cash across order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition and collections. You will lead a cross-functional team, maintain a four-quarter roadmap, and partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT offshore delivery to modernize the O2C platform.

The role emphasizes process design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on implementation work to improve billing accuracy, cash flow, and financial close

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience across the full software development lifecycle
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP configuration, administration, and process design
• 3+ years hands-on Order-to-Cash: order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections
• Experience delivering O2C solutions in complex, multi-entity or subscription billing environments
• Strong knowledge of downstream financial processes including revenue recognition, AR and financial close
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional delivery skills with stakeholder engagement ability
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; NetSuite certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NetSuite Order-to-Cash product lifecycle including roadmap and enhancements
• Serve as SME for Order-to-Cash processes across order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition and collections
• Define and optimize O2C business processes to support Finance and Revenue Operations
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Maintain a rolling four-quarter roadmap for NetSuite O2C and related capabilities
• Lead cross-functional implementations with offshore NetSuite delivery teams
• Provide guidance on process design and technology footprint for finance teams
