Job summary

SAP O2C Project Manager in Fremont, CA onsite. Owns end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise Order-to-Cash initiatives, focusing on schedule, budget, scope, and stakeholder management without deep technical configuration.

Responsibilities include governing project lifecycle from blueprinting to testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare, managing the detailed schedule, critical path, and resource forecasts, and overseeing external system integrators to meet SOW milestones and changes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of dedicated PM experience leading large ERP implementations.
• Solid understanding of the O2C workflow (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application).
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.

Job Description: SAP O2C Project Manager

Position Title: SAP Order 2 Cash Project Manager

Location: Fremont, CA ( Onsite )

Focus: Pure Project Management & Delivery (No Technical Configuration)

Position Purpose

The SAP O2C Project Manager owns the end-to-end planning, execution, and business readiness of enterprise Order-to-Cash initiatives. This role focuses strictly on timeline, budget, scope, and stakeholder management, ensuring system integrators deliver standard SAP processes on time without getting into technical system configuration or coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Govern the entire project lifecycle from blueprinting through testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare using SAP Activate or Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
• Timeline & Budget: Own the detailed project schedule, critical path, resource allocations, and financial forecasting.
• Vendor Management: Oversee external system integrators (SI) to ensure delivery against SOW milestones and strictly manage the change control process.
• Business Readiness: Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, logistics, and finance teams while managing the project RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or major business process rollouts.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid conceptual understanding of the O2C workflow (Order Management, Billing, Cash Application) to effectively lead business workshops and challenge vendor timelines.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or CSM is highly preferred.
