Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to transform manufacturing operations by advancing the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). You will drive throughput, reduce costs, and elevate quality on the factory floor.

You will collaborate with software engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, ERP, PLM, and IT teams while applying AI skills to deliver measurable impact and scalable MES capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, EE or related field.
• 5+ years of product and software experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production planning domains.
• Proven cross-functional program management under schedule and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication to leaders and users.
• Proficiency with AI harnesses and coding tools.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and priorities for MES capabilities.
• Champion needs of manufacturing and quality leaders, supervisors, and planners.
• Drive results and impact beyond software delivery.
• Spend time on the factory floor solving problems with customers.
• Apply and sharpen AI skills to deliver results.
• Build partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Define, build, and improve MES functionality to meet evolving needs.
• Stay ahead of emerging MES technologies and best practices.
