Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ yrs of technical digital product management experience (5 yrs with digital products and platforms); or minimum of 9 years direct digital product management with HS diploma/GED required.
• Prior health care experience preferred. Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products required.
• Expert knowledge of the SDLC.
• Experience working with Epic or other complex EHR systems.
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Mayo Clinic's learning technology ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and analytics.
• Translate workforce and learner needs into scalable digital learning solutions.
• Establish OKRs and manage budgets, scope, and schedules for product development.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow the product team.
