Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to connect learning, data, and technology initiatives within Advanced Digital Education. You will translate needs into requirements, guide product improvements, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective learning experiences and digital capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital business analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and Scrum Product Owner certification within 1 year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology or health care.
5+ years in a relevant digital business analyst role.
Understands business strategy and applies it to assigned work.
Understands Agile product methodologies and can document requirements.
Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Translate organizational needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
Guide improvements to learning experiences, workflows, reporting, and digital capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering/IT and business stakeholders to deploy solutions.
Apply systems engineering methods across the product and project lifecycle.
