Mayo Clinic is seeking a seasoned product/technical professional to join the Development Data Technology Services team in Minnesota. The role partners with IT staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders to onboard cutting-edge solutions, improve operations, and drive innovation across the organization.

The candidate will manage projects from inception to deployment, document requirements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology or health care and 3+ years of relevant business/technical experience; or a minimum of 7 years with HS Diploma/GED.

Aufgaben

• Understand business strategy and translate into product requirements.
• Document business, operational and technical requirements for product, operations, and engineering/IT teams.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and deliver user training programs for onboarded systems and technologies.
