Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, or health care and 5+ years of digital product management experience (3 years with digital products).
• Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products.
• Preference for health care experience (clinical, management, or technology) in product roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the product vision, strategy, requirements, roadmap and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve OKRs and drive value for users.
• Advocate for end-users using data, user research and metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage product backlog, sprints, and stakeholder alignment across departments.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and aligned with Mayo Clinic goals.
