Job summary

Taghleef Industries, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Labels to drive the Americas Labels business strategy and manage a differentiated product portfolio within the Ti global labels framework.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, applications engineering, planning, marketing, and sales while coordinating with customers and markets to deliver best-value propositions. Expect ~30% travel, primarily domestic with some international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering degree preferred (mechanical/chemical/packaging).
• 2+ years of product management, technical sales/service, or market development experience.
• Experience with labels converting or wrapping around labels is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interface across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and alignment with Americas Labels business strategy.
• Define and manage a differentiated product portfolio.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, applications engineering, planning, manufacturing, marketing and sales to meet customer needs with best value propositions.
• Drive product development with R&D, global product teams, manufacturing, and planning.
• Lead new product and market development initiatives.
• Perform competitive analyses.
• Support Sales with value propositions, training, and product positioning.
• Support Marketing Communications with technical data for literature.
• Oversee product specifications for fit to make and market use.
• Coordinate with regulatory and quality teams for product stewardship.
• Coordinate with Quality to investigate complaints and determine root causes and corrective actions.
