Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Administration or Management.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Agile framework and product development methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with business and technical teams.
• Proficient in using AI tools for daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and maintain the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a product, platform, or major capability based on customer, business, and technology needs.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and key outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product decisions using data, user feedback, and business value assessments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and priorities.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to define delivery strategies and manage backlogs.
• Plan releases and sprints with cross‑functional teams; monitor progress and remove blockers.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven enhancements.
