Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, genetics, bioinformatics, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in technical product management in diagnostics, genomics, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in clinical, healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Business and Technical Teams: liaise between stakeholders and engineering to translate needs into software specs.
• Own Product Requirements and Prioritization: manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Lead Cross-Functional Product Delivery: collaborate with engineering, UX, quality, operations, and R&D to deliver features.
• Use Data and Technology Insights to Drive Decisions: analyze metrics and feedback to guide prioritization.
• Develop Scalable Technical Solutions: document workflows and integration needs for scalable deployments.
• Maintain Deep Product, System, and Market Expertise: stay informed on clinical workflows and market dynamics.
• Support Implementation and Change Management: enable rollout with documentation and training.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: monitor performance and optimize workflows and solution quality.
